About Us

I am based near Plymouth, and I cover the areas of Plymouth, S.Hams, Torbay, SE.Cornwall, and West Devon.

The work is varied in as much as one day I could be controlling moles in a farmers field, the next I could be saving the lawns of an Historic property for the National Trust from further mole damage.

I see and hear from numerous clients who are really at their wits end over the damage caused by moles to their much loved gardens, or their animal paddocks.  It gives me great satisfaction that once the work is completed, they can again enjoy their gardens and not worry about the possibilty of accidents caused to their pets or equine companions.

I aim to respond to all telephone calls within 6 hours, please leave a short message, and more importantly your name and contact number. Alternatively use the "contact me" button at the top left of the page and email me some brief details of your mole problem.

As much as I would prefer to answer each call as it comes in, please be patient as I am likely to be on site somewhere, but as stated I will contact you, usually well within the time listed.

                                 "NO MOLE-NO FEE"
                                        POLICY

There is a tradition that the vast majority of "Professional Traditional Molecatchers" work to, and this is, unless your mole(s) are caught you do not pay me ! It really is that simple...

Using the "NO MOLE- NO FEE" policy means that you only pay for what is caught.  "No hidden costs", "No call out charges",  "No products or services you have no need of "

Pest control companies may ask for fees prior to any commencement of work and the balance on "completion" often with limited certainty that the problem has been irradicated in part due to the methods used.  Whereas a "Traditional Molecatcher" will always provide the evidence that the problem has been removed.

Once your mole problem has been brought under control, I aim to follow up with a telephone call or email a week later, just to make sure things are still to your satisfaction, and that there are no signs of new activity.
